Doral has a favorable safety profile1,2

With a low incidence of side effects, and the lack of rebound insomnia, Doral has proven itself to be a safe hypnotic.1,2

  • No transient sleep disturbances, such as rebound insomnia, were observed after withdrawal during clinical trials1,2
  • In clinical trials, the most common adverse events were daytime drowsiness (12.0%) and headache (4.5%)2

Rebound insomnia and other sleep disturbances did not
occur during or after 1 month of nightly use or 2 weeks
after withdrawal3

  • Doral 15 mg had less effect on cognitive-neuromotor performance than triazolam at 0.1875 mg and 0.375 mg*4
